They need room to spread out and should be planted where they will receive at least 5 to 6 hours of direct sunlight each day in order to thrive best.
5. Lantana: Lantana camara (lantana) is a shrub with a cluster of colorful flowers and fragrant oval-shaped leaves. It is a compact, evergreen shrub that frequently forms dense thickets and grows to a height of two to three feet. A native of the Caribbean, Lantana prefers habitat in bottomlands, and grasslands. Lantana thrives in Western Ghats soil with well-drained conditions, full sun, and high temperature. Lantana in Marathi is called as Ghaneri Plant, blossom during the monsoons in various parts of Maharashtra.
6. Coral Jasmine: Coral Jasmine or Night Jasmine better termed as Har Singar, is known as an adornment to Gods. Harsingar has many medicinal properties for treating infectious and non-infectious diseases. The Coral Jasmine, commonly known as the Queen of the Night, is a tiny tree or shrub covered in stiff white hairs.
