1. Respective Brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product. You can lodge complaints on them through us, if the quality is not foundup to the mark.

2. Flower arrangements shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control. Few other hand delivered items like Cycles, Pressure Cooker, T.V. etc. may also vary depending on availability of same stock. We reserve the right to change the items/model etc., however always ensuring full or higher value to our customers. 

3. If ordered flowers / cake / mithai / other hand delivered gift items are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers / cake / mithai / other similar gift items of equal value. We alwyas ensure that full or higher value to our customers in all such cases.

4. Fresh Baked cakes are available only after 10.30 am from bakeries. Thus fresh baked cakes can only be delivered after that time. In exceptional cases you may request to keep the cake prior day in refrigerator & deliver next morning. But we don't advise this.

5. Delivery schedule varies between same day delivery to delivery within three business days depending on the destination city or town. However, in all metropolitan cities we deliver on the same day, within two business
   days in all major cities & towns and within three business days in all other  places.
   In case of Heavy Rains/ Bandh / Strike, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery to an earlier or later date.

6. For any complaint against the quality of product delivered , the customer / recepient is required to provide an image of the product delivered within 48 hours of delivery. Refund or Redelivery can also be made depending on nature of the complaint and any decision to refund or redeliver will be the sole prerogative of the website.

7. We do guarantee the delivery on date BUT we don't guarantee the delivery on any particular time. We do try to deliver well within your mentioned time but we do not guarantee that. And normally we shall process the order for delivery as soon as possible ignoring your specific instruction to deliver at or before a particular time.

8. In case no date of delivery is mentioned along with order, we shall deliver / despatch within 24 hours.

9. In case a customer wants to cancel an order he needs to do it atleast 24 Hours before the date of delivery or the date of shipment. However in all such cases 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card processing expenses.

10. In case of flowers, cakes & sweets (all being perishable items) if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery.

11. Prices of items which are subject to MRP restrictions are being sold on the website after adding up costs of our services, delivery and online transactions cost. The distribution could not be shown seperately due to technical restrictions and are taken to be understood.

12. Gift items like Chocolates, Dry Fruits, Leather Bags, Watches etc. are normally dispatched thru courier and we cannot gurantee exact date and time of delivery.

13. Orders , including Midnight Orders , received after 4 Pm IST shall normally be processed as next day orders BUT we shall try our best to deliver same day. A phone call after placement of such urgent orders will be appreciated.

14. The prices quoted at our website is for FREE delivery within city limits. Any delivery out of city limits and to villages etc. In case of Perishable Items may attract extra delivery charge between $1 to $3. After delivery of your order we may send a link for you to pay this extra delivery charge, if required. However, we shall not hold or delay your order and assure delivery on required date.

15. Right of Refusal :
    IndiaFlowersGifts.com reserves the right to refuse delivery of any order without assigning any reason whatsoever to the customer. However, in all such cases IndiaFlowersGifts.com will refund the amount paid by customer in full.

16. Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get 100% refund of your money.

17. The various logos/Trademark backed by product being sold by us on the website belong to respective companies and they are the owner of said Logo/Trademark.
    All Wine and Champagne (Sparkling Wine) items sold on the website are Non-Alcoholic.

18. No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if  any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery.

19. The owners of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

20. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local Court only in India.    

21. Octroi charges in any, will be paid by the consignee as this may be applicable in the Recipients State.

22. For any international delivery sent through courier, any extra custom charges levied by the custom dept of recipient's country will have to be borne by the customer itself and we shall not be liable for the same.
